Are you a passionate cook looking to fine-tune your skills while stepping into the world of gluten-free baking? Eat Cannoli is Australia’s first gluten-free cannoli bar, and we’re on the hunt for an experienced cook who’s just as comfortable in the kitchen as they are interacting with customers.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a commercial kitchen or café setting

A keen interest in gluten-free cooking and baking (we’ll teach you the finer details!)

Great customer service skills – we’re a small team, and everyone plays a role in creating a welcoming experience

A love for quality food and attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A team player who’s always eager to learn

What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparing a variety of dishes with a focus on gluten-free offerings

Assisting with food prep, baking, and presentation

Engaging with customers and helping with service when needed

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Learning new skills and techniques to refine your craft
