The Wildseed Café Delacombe has established itself as a premier cafe in Delacombe, VIC

catering to both locals and tourists seeking quality cafe experiences. We pride ourselves on

serving our customers as a Modern Australian Cafe serving Specialty Coffee making their

time with us an enjoyable experience..

The Wildseed Café Delacombe is looking for applications from experienced (minimum 1-2

years Full time work experience) and passionate Cook to join our kitchen team. A highly

relevant qualification is also required.

The ideal candidate/s will also have the followings:

Ability to work in a kitchen team environment with a positive attitude

Commitment to an ongoing role within a great team

A passion for creative, fresh food and ambition to learn new techniques and food styles

Demonstrate superior recipe knowledge for every item on the restaurant menus

Maintain high standards in food and workplace safety

Skills to prepare, cook and season food items in a timely manner meetin prescribed guidelines and menu

Adhere to the food safety standards and occupational health & safety rules and regulations.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ensure full implementation of HACCP code of practice

Have strong understanding of produce, stock control, culinary techniques and kitchen equipment

Ability to train junior staffs as and when needed

Maintain high standards and lead by example
