Accounts Receivable Administrator Part-Time 25 hours per week

We are looking to recruit a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Administrator working 5 hours per day 5 days per week to join our finance team located in Fremantle. $30 - $35 per hour depending on experience.

In addition to being responsible for ensuring efficient, timely, and accurate payment/collection of receivables, the role also includes:

Daily reconciliation of the Debtors Invoice Finance (DIF) Facility

Trade claims processing and allocation off debtor’s ledger

Working along with the Sales & Logistics team as part of trade claim investigation & resolution

Reviewing and processing of trade rebate claims monthly

Completion of monthly reports, collation of reports for year-end audit, and quarterly bank audits

Archiving of customer receipts

Knowledge & Skills:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in management of debtors for medium sized company

Strong debt collection skills

Excellent verbal communication & interpersonal skills

Great attention to detail

Able to work with minimum supervision

Ability to work on a highly automated system
