About the role

Bodyshop Paint Supplies Bayswater is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Administration professional to join their busy team in Bayswater, VIC. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of the company's financial operations and supporting the wider business objectives. Starting date of May 2025!

What you'll be doing

• Managing the accounts receivable function, including invoicing, chasing up outstanding payments, and liaising with customers
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reconciliations
• Providing general administrative support to the wider team as needed
• Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting procedures
• Contributing to the continual improvement of financial processes and systems

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in an accounts receivable or similar finance/administration role
• Excellent numeracy and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of MYOB & Eclipse.
