Are you our newest team member?

With our team rapidly growing, we are actively searching for the newest member of our Accounts Receivable team! We are seeking a full time person to join us in this growing team. In this role you will have significant engagement with patients and their care, all while providing essential support to our broader accounts team and collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

• Process bills and claims through Medicare and Private Health Insurance
• Ensure Accounts Receivable legal and compliance requirements are met and ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed.
• Maintain accounts receivable files and records
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in client care and administrative/ financial systems
• Process payments, receipts and end of day reconciliations
• Ensure debts are managed and collected as required.
  

What are we looking for?

• A sound understanding of Medicare processes and framework preferred
• Ability to work independently but also collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with patients.
• Health care or medical reception background preferred but not non-negotiable.
