Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional with a keen eye for detail and a knack for raising credit notes? We are recruiting for a 3-month Accounts Receivable Officer contract, working with a well-known business that needs support in managing credit notes, reconciliations, and customer accounts.

This role is looking to start ASAP, so you must be immediately available.

The Role

• Process and issue credit notes accurately and efficiently.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoicing and payments.
• Liaise with internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth AR processes.
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end reporting.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

About You

• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, with a strong understanding of credit notes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
