About Us
We Care NSW is a provider of specialist Aboriginal youth and disability services. We are a Not for Profit organisation that prides itself on offering quality support services to children, young people and those living with a disability. Our service delivery covers children, young people and adults in the Northern Rivers, New England, Maitland, Newcastle, Hunter and Sydney regions.

About the role
As a member of small and supportive finance team, you will support and assist the finance team of We Care NSW in undertaking the day-to-day accounts receivable function by processing and verifying post receipts for services, research and resolve account discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain records and perform related administrative and clerical tasks.
This role will be part-time working 3-4 days a week (22.8 hours) working days are negotiable.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable
Well-developed ability to effectively multi-task, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
High level computer skills including well developed capability in the use of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and Word)
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in data recording
Experience working autonomously within a collaborative team
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities in a growing and changing organisation
Demonstrated willingness to learn new and emerging processes and technology platforms
Certificate III in Business Administration, Accounting or Book-keeping
Knowledge of or experience with NDIS claiming an advantage
