MBK SECURITY SERVICES is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our operations in (Muswellbrook, NSW 2333) base. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to take on a key leadership role in a regional setting.

Position Details:

Location: Muswellbrook, NSW

Employment Type: Full-time, on-site

Salary: $80,000 + superannuation

Additional Benefits: Accommodation can be provided if required

Key Responsibilities:

Security Operations & Coordination: Oversee day-to-day security operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Staff Management & Roster Planning: Lead and manage security personnel, including scheduling and rostering.

Vehicle & Equipment Oversight: Ensure all vehicles and equipment are maintained and operational.

Administration & Office Management: Handle administrative tasks to support smooth office operations.

What we're looking for

Significant experience in a similar operations management role, ideally within the security or facilities management industry , though not mandatory.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a solutions-focused approach

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
