Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and contribute to business growth. This role is critical for ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with NDIS standards, and spearheading our expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient process management and high-quality service delivery.

Compliance and Audit Preparation: Manage compliance documentation and audit preparations, ensuring alignment with NDIS regulations.

Business Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding partner relationships.

Risk Management: Implement risk management strategies and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Marketing Oversight: Lead marketing strategies to enhance visibility and participant engagement.

Staff Leadership: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, and provide leadership to support facilitators and team leaders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in operational management, preferably in the healthcare or disability support sector.

Strong knowledge of NDIS regulations and compliance.

Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Desirable Attributes:

Experience in business development and marketing.
