About the Company:

Located in Marsden Park, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team in a leadership role within their growing Distribution Centre (DC).

The Opportunity:
As Operations Manager, you'll work closely with the DC Controlling Manager to manage the financial and operational data that supports the distribution centre’s success. You'll help drive business performance through data analysis, strategic planning, and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage budgeting, financial tracking, and performance analysis across DC operations
• Deliver regular reports on costs, operational KPIs, and sustainability initiatives
• Ensure invoicing accuracy and validate key cost drivers
• Monitor and maintain financial quality control standards
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency
• Develop data-driven action plans to support continuous improvement
• Lead structured reporting in line with global and audit requirements
• Manage tendering and contract negotiations with external service providers
• Provide operational and financial support to the DC leadership team
• Assist in strategic workforce planning and cost management

About You:

• Strong background in finance, logistics, or distribution centre operations
• Previous experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management is advantageous
• Highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex data and offer actionable recommendations
• Strong project management abilities – from budgeting to execution
• Agile and forward-thinking, with a passion for innovation and process improvement
• Committed to fostering an inclusive and collaborative team environment
• Advanced skills in Excel; SAP experience is a plus but not required
• Have full working rights here in Australia
