What You’ll Do:

Drive Growth: Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive revenue growth in line marking services.

Build Relationships: Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand our presence in key markets.

Negotiate and Close Deals: Present tailored solutions to clients, negotiate contracts, and close sales.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

o Civil Engineer with one or two year’s experience

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in construction, maintenance, or related industries.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for identifying opportunities and driving growth.

A deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscape within the line marking or construction industry.
