Our client is an innovative and highly successful Franchise residential building company expanding their operations in QLD with an aggressive and exciting growth strategy.

About the Position

Due to this growth, it is optimal time to bring in a Franchise Business Development Manager to join the business in a key role.

Responsibilities will include:

Establish and develop the building franchise network in Queensland.

Drive franchise recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and goals.

Support franchisees in operational, financial, and marketing strategies.

Implement and oversee systems, processes, and operations

Lead and support sales strategies to drive franchise and regional growth.

Collaborate with marketing teams to execute effective campaigns and brand positioning

What we're looking for

We are looking for a highly motivated Business development professional experienced in franchise business to business development sales.

Experience in the franchise business model

Experience within residential home builders highly regarded however not essential

Demonstrated ability to grow and support franchise networks effectively
