About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced New Vehicle Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team at Nunawading Auto'. As a New Vehicle Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service & the scope to cross sell across SIX New Vehicle Brands as well as Pre-Owned!

What you'll be doing

Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the most suitable new vehicle options

Provide knowledgeable and personalised sales guidance to customers throughout the sales process

Effectively demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities to build customer confidence

Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities

Participate in ongoing product and industry training to stay up-to-date with the latest developments

Deliver outstanding customer service and support to build long-term relationships

What we're looking for

Proven experience in new vehicle sales, preferably within the automotive industry

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers

Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively demonstrate vehicle features

Confident, resilient and driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

Passion for the automotive industry and a genuine desire to provide the best customer experience

Relevant industry qualifications or certifications are highly regarded
