About the role:

• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customers needs and guiding them through the new vehicle purchasing process.
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our vehicle inventory, features and specifications to assist customers effectively.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits to potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Manage and follow up on leads generated through various channels, including phone calls, emails and walk-ins.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all necessary documentation is completed efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge and competitor offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and generate repeat business.

About you:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-focused sales role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• A valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work 5 day week including Saturdays (No Sunday’s or Public Holiday’s required!).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
