About the role

Ferntree Gully Automotive, a leading automotive retailer, is seeking a talented and ambitious New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team in Ferntree Gully, VIC. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of new vehicles to exceed business objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively engaging with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
• Demonstrating and presenting new vehicle models to customers in a compelling manner
• Negotiating sales terms and closing deals to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Maintaining detailed customer records and providing after-sales support
• Collaborating with other dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Staying up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends

• Proven track record in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities to drive sales
