About the role

As a New and Used Vehicle Sales Consultant at Eastern Subaru, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets. This full-time role is based in Lilydale, VIC and will see you working closely with customers to match them with the perfect vehicle for their needs.

What you'll be doing

• Interacting with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and budget
• Demonstrating and promoting the key features and benefits of new and used Subaru vehicles
• Negotiating sales and closing deals in a professional manner
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Supporting with inventory management and vehicle preparation
• Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve collective targets

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the automotive industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities to secure sales
• Passion for the automotive industry and a keen interest in the Subaru brand
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
