Role Overview:
As a Service Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide outstanding services to participants. You will lead a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring that every participant receives the highest quality of care and support. Your role will involve building strong relationships with participants, their families, and various stakeholders, while also driving business development and achieving key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Inspire and mentor a team of support workers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Participant Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with participants and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
  • Service Excellence: Oversee the delivery of services, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and policies. Address and resolve complex issues with professionalism and care.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with allied health professionals, support coordinators, and other stakeholders to provide holistic support to participants.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive the development and implementation of improved processes and policies to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a management role within the service delivery sector.
  • Clinical/ Nursing background is highly regarded.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
  • You will hold your current divers licence, Blue and Yellow cards, CPR and First Aid qualifications.
