About the Role
As the General Manager - Service Delivery, you’ll lead all business and service delivery functions for Just Better Care Townsville, ensuring excellence in customer care, compliance, and business development. With your strategic mind-set and ability to inspire, you’ll shape a high-performing team, exceed customer expectations, and drive the success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead with vision: Inspire, mentor, and empower your team to deliver outstanding services.

Drive business excellence: Manage operations, ensure compliance, and oversee service delivery to meet customer needs.

Connect with the community: Build and foster relationships with stakeholders to improve outcomes for older adults and individuals living with disabilities.

Innovate for growth: Collaborate with the Franchise Owner on strategic plans and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Uphold quality: Maintain high standards across clinical governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a results-driven individual who excels at leading multidisciplinary teams and navigating complex service environments. Key attributes include:

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or relevant qualification in the community care sector.

Proven experience in a senior management role within the community care industry.

Extensive knowledge of disability and aged care reforms.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

High level of administrative and organisational capability.

Availability for afterhours and on-call support.

Desirable Qualities:

Diploma in Nursing (advantageous but not required).

Good understanding of strength based and person centered frameworks

Experience with quality improvement programs.
