About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Co-Ordinator to join our team at Medaesthetics Duncraig. This is a part-time (or full-time for the right candidate) role, offering the opportunity to be the face of the clinic. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth operation of the clinic.

As the Clinic Co-Ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our clinic including:

Managing all incoming patient enquiries in a professional, warm, and friendly manner.

Meeting & greeting patients.

Managing patient bookings

Supervising clinical staff

Managing day to day running of the clinic, including stock-take and ordering

Driving & achieving clinic targets and KPI’s

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role in a medical or aesthetic clinic setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities

Proficiency in using computer software and medical practice management systems

A warm, friendly, and professional demeanour

Immaculate grooming and presentation as you will be the face of the clinic

Leadership qualities

Excellent communication and time management skills

Experience and/or qualifications in Dermal Therapy (desirable)
