Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account & Relationship Manager to join our team at a fast-growing FX/CFD brokerage. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of retail and professional clients. You’ll act as the main point of contact, helping clients understand trading products, resolve issues, and maximize their trading experience. You’ll also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for account growth and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Assist clients with onboarding, account setup, and platform usage.

Promote trading products, services, and promotions to active and potential clients.

Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally, liaising with support or compliance teams as needed.

Monitor client activity and ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.

Provide regular feedback from clients to internal teams (product, marketing, etc.).

Attend industry events or webinars to maintain market awareness and network with prospects.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or client services within the FX/CFD or fintech industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English; additional languages are welcome.

Knowledge of trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader 4/5) and financial markets.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

A client-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
