We’re currently seeking an organised and relationship-driven Retail Account Manager to join our head office team at Jimboomba Turf. If you enjoy managing client relationships, supporting retail partners, and working in a fast-paced but down-to-earth environment—this role could be a perfect fit.

The Role
Based full-time at our beautiful turf farm in Jimboomba, you’ll be the key point of contact for our retail turf customers, particularly across Bunnings stores. You’ll provide day-to-day account management, respond to store enquiries, support sales efforts, and ensure our turf is being promoted and sold effectively through each channel.

This is a highly collaborative role that combines customer service, sales support, and account management—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Be the central contact for our retail partners, including Bunnings store managers, trade desks, and nursery teams

Support stores with product enquiries, order coordination, and special orders

Liaise with our operations, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure smooth fulfilment

Monitor and respond to store feedback, product display opportunities, and promotional needs

Coordinate training sessions and provide resources to help retail staff confidently promote our turf

Maintain call logs, performance reports, and customer updates in our CRM system

Report on trends, challenges, and opportunities to the leadership team

What You'll Need

Proven experience in account management, field sales, or retail territory management (preferably in hardware, nursery, or landscaping)

A professional, personable approach with the ability to build trust quickly

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently while staying closely connected with the team

Basic tech skills – for reporting, CRM updates, and communication
