In your new role as an urban designer, you will:

• Prepare precinct structure plans, strategy plans, development plans, and conduct urban design-focused policy research and development.
  
• Provide expert urban design feedback on land use proposals, planning applications, frameworks, and masterplans.
  
• Collaborate on strategic projects, Precinct Structure Plans, and capital initiatives across various business units.
  
• Engage with developers, the public, and stakeholders to ensure urban design principles align with planning schemes and regulations.
  
• Manage project briefs, oversee external consultancies, and lead community engagement initiatives.
  
• Represent organisational interests at hearings and liaise with state and national agencies on urban design matters.
