We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to manage and grow our Victorian customer base specifically for our Interfit Business Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our customer base across Metropolitan Melbourne; to identify and develop prospective customers; to retain and grow existing customer business, while demonstrating persistence, resilience, and outstanding customer relationship management. We are obsessed with great customer outcomes and experience.

The successful candidate will be based in either of our Keysborough or Truganina Branches.

Sales Planning & Delivery:

Develop sales strategies consistent with National sales plan and budgets

Identify and acquire new customers

Develop an understanding of and maintain effective relationships with current accounts – retain and grow existing accounts

Develop and maintain relationships with key end users

Establish and maintain call cycles

Communicate and manage promotions and offers

Achieve sales budgets top and bottom line

Customer Service

Maintain strong customer relationships based on excellent service and professional solutions

Identify, resolve or escalate customer queries, requests and issues

Maintain detailed knowledge and understanding of all products/brands
