Breakfast Chef

We are looking for someone to prepare Breakfast menu items by following recipes and yield guides, we pride ourselves on consistency. The right breakfast chef candidate should have quality standards, presentation standards and can follow food preparation checklist.

Sous Chef

We are looking for someone to back up our head chef on he’s days off and work alongside him. They need to monitor kitchen activities, expediting orders to ensure quality taste or presentation and taking on additional responsibilities in the Head Chef's absence to ensure that kitchen staff has proper direction.

Must have 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
