What you’ll be doing
As our operations manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. You’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team of talented speech therapists and exceptional support staff to deliver outstanding care to our clients.
Managing and improving clinic operations: From patient flow to appointment scheduling.
Leading and inspiring: Supporting both clinical and non-clinical team members.
Overseeing HR functions: Managing recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and compliance.
Revenue Growth: Calendar management, maximising bookings and looking for opportunities to improve efficiency.
Ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.
Regulatory compliance: Staying on top of healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
Decision Making: Measuring impact and making informed decisions.
About You
Previous Experience: Ideally, you should have experience leading a team, managing the implementation of new projects in a Practice Lead or Operations Manager type role.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate others
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, effective in leading and supporting staff.
Organised and Methodical: Structured and methodical approach to tasks.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with the Microsoft Suite, and adaptable to software such as project management software (Asana), and Zanda (Practice Management Software).
Industry experience: Experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial but not mandatory. We appreciate diverse industry experience.
