Business Development Manager

Mon to Fri – FT employment – 9-month contract with potential to extend – Victoria-wide territory
Flexible Base Salary of $70-$100k pa + super + car + balanced commissions & tools of the trade

EcoShine is a provider of commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance services. With a
focus on building exceptional client relationships, we offer commercial cleaning services to
businesses across Victoria.
The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to Director we are looking for an experienced, driven and tenacious sales professional to take ownership of our direct sales & provide further growth to the business.
The successful candidate will be dealing with direct B2B marketing and sales, developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts & meeting sales targets.
The Role
To be successful in this role you will need to meet the following expectations:
You will need to be enthusiastic & passionate about growing sales, generating new business & sourcing new clients
Conducting sales of our commercial cleaning services across a diverse range of industries
Building trust & rapport with new and existing clientele to ensure exceptional customer service
Managing your own calendar and diary with the majority of your time on the road and office time as required.
Updating, maintaining & further developing our CRM
Management of accounts throughout the entire process
Provide client support and advising customers on practical solutions
Identify & seek opportunities for sales to assist you to achieve sales targets & budgets
About You
This role will be rewarding for those that can display the following skills & attributes:
Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a B2B role with a proven track record of lead generation, sales growth & closing deals.
Highly customer centric attitude with the ability to build relationships & leverage past relationships
Knowledge of Tender processes
Skilled in cold calling, networking, and pitching services to potential clients.
Experience in contract negotiation and preparing proposals.
Ability to work autonomously, prioritise your workload & remain organised
Clear & concise verbal & written communication & interpersonal skills
High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation & exceptional presentation.
Skilled at building relationships with strong negotiation & communication skills
Provide integrity and honesty with a commitment to exceptional levels of customer service and support
Excellent attention to detail, organisational & prioritisation skills
Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce) & MS Office applications.
Willingness to undertake further learning and knowledge building
Strong understanding of the cleaning, janitorial, or facilities management industry would be highly regarded
