Our client is looking for a Senior Business BA with financial services and regulatory change experience. Working closely with business stakeholders you will be working on projects around regulatory change. You will also help evolve the existing BA framework. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in eveolving BA frameworks in line with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis Execution: Prepare for effective execution of business analysis including obtaining a good understanding of the nature of the initiative, business needs and objectives. Assess the required scale of change to the current state and determine a practical approach for the business analysis processes, leading the charge for the initiative.
• Business Case Contribution: Aid in developing the Business Case by articulating a clear problem statement and comprehending business requirements

Essential skills and Experience:

• Min 5 years as a business BA within the financial sector
• Experience within superannuation industry will be highly regarded
• Strong documentation skills
• Experience with BA frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management skills
