Our client is looking for a Senior Business BA with insurance domain experience to join a large transformation program. The role is a combination of Tech BA and Business BA (75%).
The ideal candidate will have experience working on data transformation projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to understand and document data-related requirements
• Analyse existing insurance data structures, systems, and workflows to identify gaps and reporting needs
• Define business rules, mapping logic, and validation criteria for reporting requirements
• Collaborate with data architects, developers, and engineers to design reporting needs
• Ensure alignment between source and target systems, maintaining data integrity

• UAT Support

Essential Skill and Experience:

• Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Business or related fields.
• Significant experience in a business analysis role.
• Experience working within insurance domain
• Experience Working on data transformation project
• Experience with claims data platform will be highly regarded
• Proven ability to interpret information, identify patterns, trends and links that inform decisions and solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity,
