We are seeking a team focused and driven Executive Assistant to work alongside one of the areas most recognizable industry leaders with a Tier 1 Agency to assist with the day-to-day operations of a Multi-Million Dollar Agent taking the Bayside locale by storm.

Your duties will be heavily focused around the back-end support needed to ensure that every Vendor & Buyer has a flawless experience with both pre-care & post-care services as well as the administrative duties associated.

DAYS: Monday to Thursday with Saturdays required to assist at Opens and Auctions
SALARY: $77,700 - $88,800 + Bonuses (OTE $90,000 - $100,000)

THE ROLE:

• Liaise with Vendors & successful purchasers
• Team calendar management
• Sales file management
• Creating Marketing schedules
• Liaising with photographers, print media, furniture hire etc.
• Liaising with Conveyancers
• Handling REIV Documentation (contracts, authorities etc.)
• Uploading properties to Real Estate portals (RE.com, Domain, etc.)
• Creating marketing collateral
• Compliance (SOI's, due diligence checklists etc.)

THE APPLICANT:

• Current Victorian Driver's License.
• Current Agent's Representative Certificate or LEA.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in the industry.
• Preferably previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Campaign Coordinator, Sales Administration or Personal Assistant.
• Polished and professional presentation.
