About the role

What you'll be doing

Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and managing client records

Assisting with property viewings and open inspections, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our clients

Conducting market research and data analysis to support the sales team's activities

Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service

Collaborating with the marketing process to create and distribute property listings and promotional materials

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations

What we're looking for

Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service

A keen interest in the real estate industry and the ability to quickly learn about the local market

Proficiency in using real estate software and tools, or a willingness to learn

A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role would be highly advantageous

A willingness to obtain a certificate in real estate sales
