About the Role

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, based in the stunning Northern Beaches. You will be working closely with two high-performing agents, providing vital support in all areas of sales administration, client management, and campaign coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day support of two agents in all administrative tasks

Managing client communications and maintaining exceptional service standards

Coordinating marketing campaigns and preparing property marketing materials

Organising and liaising with trades for property preparation and maintenance

Assisting with database management and client follow-up processes

Ensuring seamless execution of all pre- and post-sale activities

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive Assistant or Marketing Coordinator

Highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking skills

Confident communication skills and a professional, client-first approach

Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and property marketing platforms

A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Local knowledge of the Northern Beaches is highly desirable
