This isn’t just your average admin role—it’s a pivotal support position where your initiative, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills will play a vital role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

You will work alongside two Directors in a close-knit and inclusive team and play an integral role in facilitating administratively the listing and sale of premium rural properties.

Your confident communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors and service providers plus manage marketing across social media platforms, support open homes and inspections, and help coordinate advertising and contracts.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of rural real estate sales while working with experienced leaders in the field.

Essential Criteria:

• Experienced in Real Estate plus current Certificate of Registration or Senior Administration experience with a willingness to obtain
• Current Driver’s Licence
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident communicator – both written and verbal
• Ability to build rapport across a wide range of stakeholders
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
