• 3 days a week - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
• Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm - 30 min lunch break

The role:
A well-established clinic equipped with the latest state-of-the-art medical diagnostic equipment is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to support its friendly team and provide exceptional service to its patients.

Working 3 days a week, your duties include:

• Managing the reception desk and answering the telephone promptly and in a professional manner
• Providing high-quality support and service to the patients, doctors and staff
• Utilising Genie software and billing system
• Accurately recording and receipting of accounts and bookings
• Operating EFTPOS machine
• Liaising with GPs and other health professionals and their staff
• Faxing, scanning and filing documents.
• Adhoc duties as requested by the practice manager

The Person:

• Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high attention to detail
• Patient-focused and enjoys a team environment
• Excellent computer skills, including experience with Genie software
• Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm - 1/2hr lunch
