We are looking for an experienced and professional Medical Receptionist to join our clients team in St Leonards (Mid May Start!)
Our client is looking for Leave Cover for 3 days per week for 4 weeks (Tues, Wed & Thurs).
MUST have previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Shexie software experience and would be responsible for Invoicing/payments, bookings, admissions and secretarial duties on behalf of the in-house Surgeon!

Description
We are looking for an experienced and professional Medical Receptionist to join our clients' team based in St Leonards.
They are looking for Leave cover for 3 days per week for a min period of 4 weeks starting 13th May - 5th June (Tues, Wed & Thurs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Book patient consultations
- Invoice, receive & record payments
- Disseminate correspondence related to consultations/surgical procedures
- Arranging the In-House Dr's diary - Consultations, Operating lists, University Teaching commitments, conference attendance etc.
Requirements:
- Must have experience using Shexie Medical software
- Min 2+ years experience as a Medical Receptionist
- Availability Tues, Wed & Thurs (9am - 5pm)
- Experience of managing surgery bookings in addition to Dr/Surgeons diary
