About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Sales Operations Coordinator to join our growing team at Kitchens n the Run Pty Ltd in Campbellfield, VIC. As a part-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales operations, ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience from their first interaction to the final delivery.
What you'll be doing
Oversee marketing KOR marketing and social media.
Responsible for scheduling and planning of all travel required for the KOR business.
Check and authorise purchase orders, invoices when received, and ensure appropriate allocation of costs.
Attend meetings and site visits as required.
Assist the KOR Technician with the coordination, supply and installation of the kitchen fleet and equipment for all contracts.
Organise and schedule service and warranty calls during business hours.
Coordinate with the KOR Technician routine inspection and testing of equipment and Service Calls
Allocate/manage all kitchen fleet movements including dispatch, on site installations and de commissioning.
Maintaining industry knowledge and monitoring market developments, keeping up to date with the latest changes and advances in transportable kitchens and relevant Australian Standards
Instruct contractors of scope of works
What we're looking for
Experience in a sales operations or administrative support role, preferably within the construction industry
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems
A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail
