Sales Coordinator (Hybrid)

• Temporary Role - $40 - $45 per hour + Super
• 6 Month Contract – Immediate Start
• Location - Bella Vista (3 Days Office, 2 Days WFH)

We’re seeking a confident and capable Sales Coordinator to jump in and support our client - a well-known brand and household name, based in Bella Vista. This is a hybrid 6-month contract, available to start immediately.

The Role

• Support the sales manager with administrative support for customer contracts.
• Follow up written communication to customers and make changes to documents as required
• Follow up internal teams for updates on orders
• Organise the Sales Managers calendar
• Coordinate team meetings

About You

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in sales coordination or assistant roles
