A great part-time opportunity to welcome buyers, support the sales team, and help keep the sales office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host the sales office on Sundays and Mondays (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
• Greet visitors, answer enquiries, and assist with the sales process.
• Support the sales team with admin tasks and CRM updates.
• Process deposits and paperwork, coordinating with the Sales Manager.
• Keep the office tidy, stocked, and organised.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and assist with event preparation.
• Provide occasional support to the Bendigo sales office.

About You:

• Experience in sales or customer service (real estate, retail, or hospitality experience beneficial - or similar customer facing positions)
• Friendly, organised, and confident in engaging with customers.
• Comfortable working independently and using CRM systems (training provided).
• Open to occasional travel to Bendigo for extra support.
