We are currently seeking a motivated, dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years mining experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success.

Strong understanding of the explosives industry and market dynamics.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
