What You’ll Be Doing:

Guide clients through the full home loan journey — from discovery to post-settlement

Deliver strategic, tailored advice that aligns with their broader financial goals

Collaborate with our internal team to ensure seamless service and proactive communication

Stay sharp on market shifts, lender policies and compliance expectations

Be part of shaping our systems, workflows, and service experience as we grow

About You:

Certificate IV (minimum) in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Diploma highly regarded.

At least 1 year of experience in broking, banking or financial services

Strong communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence

A genuine service mindset — you care about doing what’s right, not just what’s fast

Comfortable with technology and adaptable to change

You value contribution, growth, and collaboration
