About the Role

As a Mortgage Broker at Loan Market Ignite, you’ll connect clients with tailored mortgage solutions while working alongside an exceptional team of brokers and support staff. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in a results-driven environment and are passionate about helping clients achieve home ownership.

Salary: $80k base + super + bonuses

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.

Educate clients on mortgage products and guide them through the decision-making process.

Assist with loan applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

Work closely with the internal team to deliver a seamless application experience.

Stay up to date with market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes.

Generate leads through networking, social media, referrals, and an existing client base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals and industry partners.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years experience as a Mortgage Broker or lender.

Excellent client relationship and communication skills, with a dedication to setting realistic expectations.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about exceeding targets.

Knowledge of mortgage products, lending regulations, and current market trends.

Data-driven with strong analytical skills to collect and interpret client information.

Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to complete it).

Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate platforms like Apply Online and MyCRM.
