Client Services Manager - Loan Market

With a strong reputation for both residential and commercial lending, the team delivers tailored finance solutions for a broad range of clients, from families and first-home buyers to high-performing professionals and business owners.

We are currently looking for a Client Services Associate (CSM) to support our residential lending team. This is a full-time role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment and is looking to build a meaningful career in finance. Previous lending experience is not essential in this role, but the more experience the better. We will train candidates who are looking to transfer their already high performing attitude into a lending career.

About the Role:

As our new CSM, you’ll work closely with our brokers to:

Manage home loan applications from submission through to settlement

Liaise with clients, lenders, and referral partners to ensure a seamless process

Prepare documentation, conduct follow-ups, and provide regular updates to all parties

Be an integral part of a small but highly motivated and successful team

Bring your strong communications skills and a great attitude: We can train the banking side!

Salary & Perks:

$75,000 – $85,000 + Super, depending on experience

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner

A team player with a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Previous experience in lending, credit, or mortgage administration is advantageous, but not essential

A willingness to learn and be coached – attitude is everything!
