We’re seeking an experienced Facility Manager to take the lead at a 65-bed aged care home on the Mid North Coast of NSW. This is an immediate start, temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for long-term stability and impact.

The home has a solid foundation and a dedicated team — what’s needed now is a steady, capable leader to step in, take the reins, and ensure continued quality care, compliance, and operational focus.

Role
You’ll provide hands-on leadership across all aspects of the facility while working alongside an established clinical and operational team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys stepping into a role with purpose, creating calm, and building structure through change or transition.

Lead daily operations across clinical, lifestyle, hospitality, and compliance functions

Provide strong leadership and support to staff across departments

Maintain compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards

Manage budgets, staffing, and operational outcomes

Build relationships with residents, families, and external partners

Identify opportunities for service improvement and team engagement

You

Proven experience in residential aged care leadership

Calm, hands-on, and confident leading in periods of transition

Clinical background (RN preferred) or strong operational aged care knowledge

Able to step in quickly and provide immediate structure and support

Passionate about high-quality care and a collaborative leadership style
