We’re currently seeking experienced and qualified Facility Managers for multiple permanent opportunities across NSW and the ACT. These roles span a range of facility sizes (20–160 beds), from regional to metropolitan areas — including Ballina, Newcastle, Central Coast, Sydney, Canberra, and beyond.

All sites are fully accredited, stable, and supported by strong clinical and operational teams. Each facility has its own character, but all share a commitment to quality care, good culture, and strong leadership.

About the Roles
As a Facility Manager, you'll lead the overall operations of the home — clinical care, compliance, staffing, resident engagement, and financial oversight. What We’re Looking For

Registered Nurse (AHPRA) – essential

Proven leadership experience in residential aged care

Ability to lead teams through both stability and change

Strong understanding of compliance, accreditation, and aged care standards

Calm, structured leadership style with excellent communication skills

Passion for quality care, staff engagement and operational performance
