About You:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Manager who holds current AHPRA registration. You will have a strong background in residential aged care, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care. Your ability to build relationships within the community and manage operational excellence will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the 65-bed residential aged care facility
• Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with accreditation standards
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development
• Engage with residents, families, and the local community to foster positive relationships
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the facility

Essential Criteria:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Health Professional
• Proven experience in managing residential aged care facilities
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Demonstrated understanding of aged care standards and compliance requirements
• Passion for providing quality care and improving residents' quality of life
