Talent Support Coordinator
$35 per hour, plus Super and NFP salary sacrifice benefits (up to $15,900 and $2,650 annually)
Part-time position – 30 hours per week
To be successful in this position, you will be required to work Monday through Friday, 10:30 am-6:30 pm, and every second Sunday, 5:00 pm-8:00 pm.

The Talent Support Coordinator role forms part of the relief, recruitment, and operations function and works within a wider People & Culture team. The Talent Support Coordinator is a specialised member of the HR team focusing on filling relief shifts and recruiting candidates who meet the job criteria.
What You’ll Do
As our Talent Support Coordinator, you will:
• Ensure suitable internal or external agency staff fill all relief shifts as required.
• Respond to internal and external stakeholder enquiries in a timely manner.
• Sourcing candidates through various channels, i.e., Seek, LinkedIn, passive candidates, and other platforms to source the best talent.
• Manage the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing
• Using Employment Hero recruitment platform to manage the recruitment process.
• Other projects and duties as required.
What You’ll Bring
As a specialised member of the Talent Team, you will bring:
• Strong relationship management, the ability to identify and build relationships with talent and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking and recruitment software, i.e., Employment Hero.
• Experience in working in a busy multitasking environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Experience and knowledge in relief or related casual staff management, preferred.
