Ray White Burwood is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Receptionist / Marketing Administrator to join our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity to start a career in real estate and develop marketing and administrative skills in a supportive and professional environment.
As the Receptionist / Marketing Administrator, you must have strong administrative skills, excellent time management, and organizational skills. You will also assist in coordinating marketing activities, providing crucial support to the sales and property management teams.
The successful candidate will manage the busy front reception and must pride themselves on their appearance and be able to work independently as well as part of a dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your reception and marketing experience while progressing within the business.
Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Reception & Administration Duties:
Managing the reception desk and attending to walk-in enquiries
Calls management (answering, directing, taking phone messages)
Ensuring the office is presentable at all times
Providing administrative assistance & data entry
Maintaining and updating confidential information and records
Diary and email management
Database and keys management
General office duties including photocopying, scanning and filing
Ad hoc duties and client services as required
Marketing Support Responsibilities:
Assisting with the preparation and coordination of property marketing campaigns
Liaising with suppliers (e.g. photographers, signboards, print companies)
Creating and scheduling social media content
Assisting in the design and distribution of marketing materials
Updating online listings and marketing platforms
Coordinating e-newsletters and office promotional material
Applicants must be well presented, highly organized, motivated, and maintain a professional manner at all times. You will need to have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
We are open to applicants. The following skills and experience would be well regarded:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools (e.g. Canva)
Previous experience in real estate, marketing, or a similar role
A current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate
Strong customer service and communication skills
A keen interest in marketing and digital media
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm.
A Victorian Police check is a prerequisite. This is a great opportunity for career progression.
