About the business

We are on the lookout for a Reception & Junior Marketing Support for one our national clients within their Victorian Head Office. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Victoria Head Office and also providing support to the Corporate Marketing Team. This role ensures the efficient functioning of the office, oversees administrative duties, and delivers exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, they will contribute to marketing initiatives by assisting with campaign implementation, franchisee communication, and brand compliance, supporting marketing excellence across the national network.

About the role

Oversee the daily operations of the Victoria Head Office, ensuring a well-maintained and professional work environment.

Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and office visitors, providing a high standard of customer service.

Manage office maintenance schedules, coordinating with service providers for regular upkeep, including fire safety, plant care, window cleaning, air conditioning, lift maintenance, and gutter cleaning.

Coordinate meeting and training room bookings, ensuring rooms are prepared with necessary supplies and equipment.

Assist in managing the client helpdesk for the marketing team, addressing franchisee inquiries and escalating as needed.

Support brand and marketing compliance efforts through regular audits and feedback collection.

Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing templates, proposals, and campaigns.

Help facilitate training sessions by coordinating schedules, materials, and attendance tracking.

Skills and experience

Previous experience in office administration, operations, or marketing support.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
