We are collaborating with a leading, well trusted, forward-thinking firm that specialize in property law across Australia. With a reputation for delivering first class conveyancing solutions, they are super excited to be growing exponentially and therefore have a need to expand their team. We are seeking 2 talented and motivated Conveyancers to contribute to our client's success in Victoria and Sydney.

Job Overview:

Our client is looking for 2 Superstar Conveyancers to manage the legal aspects of property transactions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in residential and commercial property conveyancing, have excellent communication skills, and possess the ability to provide efficient legal advice and support throughout the entire process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from start to finish with a smile.
• Manage client expectations, and liaise with estate agents, solicitors, and other professionals with a positive, friendly and warm energy.
• Manage all aspects of the conveyancing process, including exchange of contracts, completion, and post-completion matters with diligence and impeccable attention to detail.
• Represent clients and resolve any disputes that arise during the transaction with an optimistic heart and can-do attitude!

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years conveyancing experience across residential or commercial
• PEXA experience, Microsoft & legal software experience
• Must be self managed, well organised and down to earth by nature
• Love a challenge and enjoy that two days will never be the same.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Must have a license to work in VIC or NSW
