We are on the look for a skilled Conveyancer who can bring their talents to a vibrant, youthful and collaborative team. It is essential that you possess a natural dynamism and charismatic nature to engage, adapt and nurture a diverse range of high profile private and corporate clients from start to finish!

The ideal candidate will have min 2-5 years conveyancing experience, with all aspects of residential sales and purchases. You do not have to be a licensed conveyancer, but it is essential you have previous conveyancing experience with a law firm. THE ROLE:

• Running conveyancing files from start to finish
• Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts of sale, transfer documents, and settlement statements.
• Provide legislative advise
• Extensive liaison with clients and adhere to client instructions
• Liaise effectively with legal team and prioritise deadlines within strict time frames
• Manage your own workload and work autonomously
• Working closely with Senior Associate, Associate and Junior Lawyer.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST HAVE:

• Competency in working with the PEXA settlement platform
• 2-5 years previous experience in law firm
• Charisma, Energy, and Zest for life!
• Experience in all aspects of residential sales and purchases
• Proficient in reviewing & advising on NSW sale of land contracts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fun, energetic nature, leading with a positive mindset
