We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conveyancer to join our clients remote team, handling property transactions across VIC and learning the conveyancing process in other states.

About the Role:

As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing the settlement process of residential and commercial property transactions across Victoria. Working heavily with a number of buyers agents, your customer service skills will make you shine in this opportunity.

You will work with clients to prepare documentation, ensure legal compliance, and navigate complex conveyancing matters from start to finish, all while maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end property transactions, including preparing Contracts of Sale, Section 32s, and other necessary documents.
• Handle settlement processes for both residential and commercial properties in VIC and stretch into NSW, SA, and WA.
• Liaise with clients, buyers agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely settlements.
• Navigate the complexities of various state regulations, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
• Utilise conveyancing platforms (e.g. PEXA, DOL, LEAP, etc.) and other technology to facilitate efficient and accurate processing.
• Provide high-quality customer service, offering support and advice to clients throughout the transaction process.

What We Are Looking For:

• A Conveyancer with 4+ years experience.
• Demonstrated experience in conveyancing, with knowledge of property laws and procedures across VIC and the a to stretch and learn how to convey in other states.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client service.
• Proficiency in conveyancing software (e.g., PEXA, LEAP, DOL, Smokeball) and general office software.
